Role Overview:

The Vice President - D2C & Marketplaces will own the complete P&L;, growth strategy, and execution of myTrident's digital commerce business across the brand website and leading marketplaces.
This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, commercial acumen, customer obsession, and operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, marketplace excellence, and building a high-performing digital commerce organization.

Purpose & Impact of Your Role:

Business & P&L; Ownership
- Own end-to-end revenue, profitability, and growth targets for D2C and Marketplace channels.
- Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive sustainable growth while optimizing contribution margin and customer lifetime value.
- Establish channel-wise growth roadmaps and performance scorecards.

D2C Business Leadership
- Lead the growth and optimization of myTrident's website and digital commerce ecosystem.
- Drive traffic, conversion,



repeat purchases, and customer retention.
- Enhance customer experience through personalization, merchandising, loyalty initiatives, and seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate with product, technology, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve business performance.

Marketplace Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute channel strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
- Build strategic relationships with marketplace partners and senior stakeholders.
- Drive assortment expansion, visibility, advertising effectiveness, and category leadership.
- Lead annual business planning, negotiations, growth investments, and joint business plans with marketplaces.

Digital Marketing & Customer Growth
- Partner with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
