Designation: Manager – Reporting & Analysis role

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain , update and ensure data accuracy of the reports
- Generate Daily , weekly & Monthly Recruitment Dashboards and reports on Sourcing Funnel, TAT . Offer to join ratio , Req to offer etc
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for Leadership reviews and business reviews
- Identify Hiring trends and provide actionable insghts to improve TA effectiveness
- Parter with TA Leadership to design data driven strategies & dashboards
- Ensure smooth functioning and data integrity
- Standardize reporting Templates and processes across TA and Businesses
- Manager TA compliance and data governance

Key skills :
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency skills in Excel and Powe BI / Data
- Working knowledge in any ATS
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross functional and manage multiple locations
- Team management
