Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor team performance against sales goals, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds set targets for life insurance products. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance standards. Collaboration with Bank Partners: Foster robust relationships with partner banks, ensuring that life insurance products are promoted effectively and sold to the right customer segments. Customer Relationship Management: Address escalated customer queries, ensure exceptional service delivery,



and work with the team to provide solutions to customers' insurance needs. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in sales strategies, operations, and client servicing to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, providing insights into team performance, sales progress, and challenges.
