Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce GovCloud solutions for secure government environments.
- Apply Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption) to meet compliance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Ensure FedRAMP/NIST/FISMA compliance in all deployments.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support for users and admins.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce GovCloud implementations.
- Robust expertise in Salesforce Shield features.
- Knowledge of federal security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Security) preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience with government agencies or contractors.
- Familiarity with identity management (SSO, MFA) and secure integrations
