Job Role: Operations Manager

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
(Weekend follow-ups may be required as needed)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Type: Full time, Work from Office

Work Location: IIT Madras, Chennai

Role Description: We are looking for an
Operations Executive/Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to support day to day
operational activities. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive
and eager to contribute to optimizing internal processes and improving
operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day
to day operational tasks and workflows.
- Work with cross functional
teams to implement operational strategies.
- Prepare and analyze
operational reports and present findings to management.
- Manage vendor
relationships and negotiations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any
operational issues or concerns.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in operations
or related role
- Strong
analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent
interpersonal, organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Suite (GDoc,
GSheets, Gform, etc).
- Ability
to work independently and in a team oriented environment.
- Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
