The Senior Executive – IT Support, CRM & Automation Management will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support and infrastructure, network and security operations, CRM administration, and business automation. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, CRM management, and automation.

Job Description:
- Provide technical support for Windows/macOS systems, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Manage the IT Helpdesk, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage employee/learner onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Google Workspace, Canvas LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe CC, Zoom, and other organizational platforms.
- Troubleshoot and manage LAN, WAN,



Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and Sophos security.
- Manage CRM users, permissions, data, workflows, and basic automations.
- Set up and monitor Email/WhatsApp templates, system alerts, and automated workflows.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for AMC, hardware procurement, software upgrades, SSL, and license renewals.
- Support continuous improvement of IT systems, CRM processes, and automation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support, IT Operations, CRM Administration, System Administration, and Automation.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Canvas LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoo
