Job Description

The Prospect
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across APAC, with a primary focus on India-based engineering hiring, including Software Engineering, Product, Data, Platform, Security, DevOps, and QA.
- Partner closely with the India Technical Site Lead and senior engineering leaders to drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and execution for Flywire’s India engineering hub.
- Act as an embedded talent partner to engineering leadership, providing guidance on role design, seniority calibration, market availability, and hiring tradeoffs.
- Support additional hiring for GTM and G&A; roles as business needs evolve.
