- HR Reporting
- Working experience on HR data
- Managing HR data
- Analyzing and Creation of HR reports, Power Bi dashboards.
- Setting up KRI's for the HR team
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent Communication
- Technical Skills – Excel and Powe Bi
- People Management skills
- Team Handling experience of 2-3 years
- Team size – 2- 3 members
- Should be able to function as an Individual Contributor as well.
