Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Setting up a high availability setting using external hardware F5 load balancer, Apache httpd, Nginx web server, and troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.).

· Monitor middleware performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring minimal downtime.

· Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.

· Participate in incidents, problems, and change management activities using ServiceNow.

· Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

· Maintain middleware documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge base articles.

· Support security compliance, patching, and upgrades for middleware components.

· Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Newrelic).

· Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in 24x7 production support environments (if required) and Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.

· Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell).

· Familiarity with ITIL processes.
