Job Title: Head Relationship Banking- Retail Branch Banking

Job Location: West Delhi.

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced professionals for Head Relationship Banking role. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of HNW channel in retail banking, a proven track record in retail banking sales, cross sales of TPP, HNI sales, and UHNI acquisition, and a solid background in team management and portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies for HNI sales, cross sales of TPP, retail assets, forex cards & online trading etc.

2. Manage and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.

3. Lead a team of relationship managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Oversee portfolio management, ensuring that all investments are aligned with clients' long-term financial goals.

5. Keep abreast of developments in the financial industry,



ensuring that our banking practices are up-to-date and competitive.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in retail banking sales, cross sales of TPP, HNI sales, and UHNI acquisition.

2. Robust leadership skills with a background in team management.

3. Proficiency in portfolio management and retail banking practices.

4. Experience with investment sales and a strong understanding of the financial market.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

2. NISM/ AMFI/ IRDA certification would be highly advantageous.
