Job Description
- What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Drive Future Growth & Innovation Agenda
- Work closely with Category teams to identify, prioritize and drive momentum on the organization's most critical growth initiatives.
- Support the development of future-facing growth platforms, innovation pipelines and strategic business opportunities aligned to long-term business priorities.
- Lead select marquee growth bets for the organization, from chance identification through commercialization, helping build new growth engines for Capital Foods. Eg: Frozen Food

Accelerate Innovation that maximizes the margin mix
- A key lever on innovation will be margin expansion projects -
- Build a structured Recipe Exchange Ecosystem for Capital Foods,



recognizing that the business is highly recipe- and formulation-led versus the more commodity-led nature of the broader Foods portfolio – these recipes will need maverick thinking so we still have blind product wins in design
- We also need to create the system – so that seamless exchange between recipes can happen -This system should make ready recipes and formulations easily accessible across teams, improving speed, reuse and innovation efficiency - artner closely with Category, R&D;, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to accelerate execution of critical NPDs and business-building initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to commercialization.
- Lead key business forums, project reviews and working sessions to accelerate decision-making and eliminate execution bottlenecks.
- Support business reviews with senior leadership through data-driven insights, performance analytics and actionable recommendations.
- Drive ownership and accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are delivered within agreed timeline
