Manage and support Rubrik backup infrastructure in enterprise environments

Perform troubleshooting for backup, restore, replication, archival, and SLA-related issues

Handle L2 incidents, service requests, problem management, and escalations

Monitor backup job health, cluster performance, storage utilization, and compliance

Support backup/recovery for:

VMware virtual machines

Physical servers

NAS workloads

Databases (SQL/Oracle)

Cloud workloads (AWS/Azure if applicable)

Configure and manage:

SLA Domains

Replication

Archival policies

RBAC/access controls

Execute backup validation and restore testing

Work with storage, virtualization, Linux/Windows, and network teams during issue resolution

Create SOPs, KB documents,



and operational runbooks

Participate in on-call and critical incident support

Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for product defects or advanced troubleshooting

Positive to have: Strong administration knowledge of Rubrik CDM platform

Experience with:

Cluster management

Backup policies

SLA Domains

Replication & Archival

Instant Recovery

Live Mount

Reporting and monitoring

Knowledge of Rubrik APIs and automation basics

Understanding of Rubrik security and ransomware recovery concepts
