What You Will Do:
- Leads experienced support professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

What You Will Need:
- Should have completed the probation period with the organization.
- 3+ years of experience as Trainer.
- Provide education for any current coders.
- Provide training/education for any coders in PIP.
- Perform random audit for coders in all the projects.
- Perform random audit for QA ‘s.
- Need to create training document based on major error trends.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and create training document based on changes.
- Assures coders achieve and maintain a minimum 95% accuracy in coding based on client contract.
