About the Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools
- Build scalable, maintainable customizations aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Participate in full-cycle Salesforce implementations — from requirement gathering and design through development, testing,



deployment, and post-production support
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in close collaboration with business analysts, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components, custom Apex classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and automation solutions
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven integration patterns
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, thorough documentation, and adherence to deployment standards
