Job Title: Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business
Development Intern from a Civil Engineering or Architecture background to support our business development activities in the UK and European
markets. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential clients,
generating leads, conducting cold outreach, and supporting the sales team in
building business opportunities within the AEC/BIM industry.

This role provides excellent exposure to international
business development, sales processes, and the growing BIM and digital
construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Research
and identify potential clients in the UK and European markets.
- Generate
qualified leads through LinkedIn, company databases, online directories,
and other research platforms.
- Perform
cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective
customers.
- Schedule




meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Maintain
and update lead information in CRM systems and sales trackers.
- Conduct
market research to identify trends, competitors, and business
opportunities.
- Build
and maintain prospect databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Assist
in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Follow
up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Collaborate
with technical and marketing teams to support business development
initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's
Degree pursuing/completed in:
- Civil
Engineering
- Architecture
- Construction
Management
- Related
AEC disciplines
- Robust
interest in sales, business development, and international markets.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable
speaking with international clients over phone and virtual meetings.
