The Opportunity:

The Education & Training Associate Trainer supports the organization's mission by facilitating operational training for Patient Access and Revenue Cycle staff, including the creation, design, and delivery of educational materials and curriculums. This qualified collaborates with operational owners to identify training needs, delivers training in various formats, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes foundational execution, adaptability, and continuous learning. Facilitates training sessions, including new hire orientation, EMR and ancillary systems training, and role-based training for Patient Access and other functional areas.
