Job Title: SWIFT Messaging & Payments Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SWIFT Messaging & Payments Support Engineer with strong expertise in SWIFT payments, messaging gateways, Unix environments, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SWIFT connectivity applications, SWIFT message flows, payment journey concepts,
and Linux/Unix-based environments. The role involves supporting critical payment systems, troubleshooting production issues, stakeholder communication, and ensuring seamless transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage SWIFT payment processing applications and messaging infrastructure.
- Handle SWIFT message types, payment lifecycle management, and transaction troubleshooting.
- Work on SWIFT connectivity applications such as SNL (SWIFTNet Link).
- Provide support for SWIFT messaging gateways, preferably GTExchange.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health in Unix/RHEL environments.
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Write and execute PL/SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and external vendors.
