We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer who has strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and the ability to work independently with client teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules such as:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB enhancement & integrations
- Build and maintain ITOM workflows, automation scripts, and orchestration activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure secure ITOM operations.
- Integrate monitoring tools and third-party systems with the ServiceNow platform.




- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Sound understanding of CMDB, infrastructure components, and integrations.
- Experience with workflows, automation, scripting (JavaScript), and API integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with client stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS – ITOM certifications.
- Experience working with large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to Orchestration, MID Server, cloud discovery, or monitoring tools.
