Serve as a player-coach by providing hands-on technical leadership while building and mentoring a high-performing product development team. This role combines technical leadership, product execution, and team management. You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business leaders to transform ideas into enterprise-grade products that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.
- You will lead the development of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable business outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.




- Guide architecture decisions and engineering best practices for cloud-native applications.
- Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical leadership roles.
- 3+ years leading engineering or cross-functional product development teams.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of software archi
