Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Growth

Drive Credit Life Insurance product sales across assigned partners and geographies.

Achieve targets for new business premium, case count, and partner penetration.

Identify recent partnership opportunities and grow existing relationships.

2. Partner Relationship Management

-
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner institutions (credit originators).

-
Work closely with partner's sales and credit teams to integrate insurance into the loan process.

-
Act as a single point of contact for operational and product queries from partners.

3. Training & Activation

-
Conduct regular product training and refresher sessions for partner staff (loan officers, branch managers).

Assist partners in integrating life insurance sales within their loan disbursement process.

Drive activation and productivity at the branch and sales officer level.

4. Operations & Process Management

Ensure timely login and issuance of policies.

Coordinate with underwriting, operations,



and claims teams to ensure smooth policy processing and servicing.

Monitor documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory norms.

5. Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, daily activity logs, and branch-level productivity data.

Share periodic performance dashboards with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

IRDAI Life Insurance License (preferred or required, depending on role).

1-2 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in Bancassurance or Credit Life segment.
