nFlourish by Gunjan Jain is India's demi-fine jewellery brand, known for rare gemstones, intricate craftsmanship, and global design at a price point that makes exceptional jewellery accessible. As we relaunch the brand and expand into recent markets, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive showroom sales and brand visibility from the ground up.

n Role
nFull-time, on-site — Kolkata Showroom
nCompensation: ₹35,000/month base + performance commission on showroom sales
nYou'll be the face of the brand in Kolkata — converting walk-ins and marketing-driven leads into sales, building lasting client relationships, and running the marketing efforts that bring customers through the door. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role central to the brand's relaunch.

n What you'll do
n Sales & Client Relationships

- Handle in-showroom customer interactions — understand client needs, guide them through the collection, and close salesn
- Coordinate with customers pre- and post-purchase:



follow-ups, order status, styling advice, and after-sales servicen
- Build and maintain a client relationship pipeline — repeat buyers, referrals, and high-value clientsn
- Coordinate with walk-in and online leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and conversionn
- Maintain customer records and track sales performance against targetsn
- Liaise with vendors and collaborators on deals, stock, and showroom needsn

n Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, supporting the brand relaunchn
- Run performance marketing and manage influencer partnerships and collaborationsn
- Write and produce marketing content and creative materialsn
- Track campaign performance and refine strategy based on resultsn
