About the role

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with demonstrated ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and the ability to operate with clarity, structure, and consistency.



This role requires a qualified who is comfortable managing complex hiring pipelines, partnering with senior leaders, and recruiting for niche and high-impact roles across engineering and supporting functions. The ideal candidate brings discipline, accountability, and an informed understanding of talent markets, particularly within technology.

What you’ll get to do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement intake, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute structured sourcing strategies to engage strong talent across active and passive markets.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and organizational priorities.
