Level - 11 - 11 BDC6D Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool and providing energetic support to ensure smooth functioning of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Ensure smooth functioning of the system by monitoring and maintaining system performance and availability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:



Experience with SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
