About the Role Silveric is looking for a Creative Campaign Strategist who can think beyond individual posts and reels and build campaigns from the ground up.
You'll work closely with the Founder and creative team to turn business objectives, occasions, customer insights, and product stories into campaigns that people notice, connect with, and act on.
From coming up with the campaign idea to planning how it comes alive across content, creators, social media, and marketing channels-you'll be involved throughout the process.
What You'll Do Develop creative campaign ideas and concepts for Silveric
Identify relevant customer insights, occasions, trends, and cultural moments
Build complete campaign strategies from idea → messaging → content → execution
Create campaign briefs, content plans, and execution calendars
Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and creators
Ensure campaigns are executed consistently and on time
Help shape campaign messaging, storytelling, hooks, and creative direction




Track campaign performance and identify what worked and what can be improved
Turn campaign learnings into better ideas and strategies for future campaigns
Support brand-building, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion-focused initiatives
What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Planning, Creative Strategy, or a similar role
Someone who can take a broad idea and turn it into a well-structured campaign
Robust understanding of storytelling, content, social media, and consumer behaviour
Good organisational and project management skills
Comfortable coordinating with multiple creative stakeholders
Able to balance creative thinking with business objectives
Comfortable looking at campaign data and understanding performance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Someone who takes ownership and brings ideas to the table
Bonus Points Experience working with a D2 C brand
Experience in the religious, spi
