The role will focus on capital raising, banking and financial negotiations, working-capital optimization, and strengthening the company’s financial position. The CFO will also ensure robust financial controls and compliance with public-company regulatory requirements.

Roles and responsibilities:

Fundraising & Capital Markets
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with potential equity investors, institutional investors, mutual funds, private equity funds, family offices, and other financial investors.
- Lead and manage equity fundraising initiatives, including preparation of financial models, business plans, valuations, investor presentations and due diligence requirements
- Manage investor relationships and communicate the company’s growth and financial performance, while advising the Management and Board on suitable capital sources and structures.
- Lead coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors and auditors for fundraising/capital-market transactions, while optimizing the company’s capital structure and cost of capital.

2. Banking & Working Capital Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
