Open Positions Semi-Qualified CS / Secretarial Graduates (1 Position): Graduates or semi-qualified professionals seeking hands-on exposure in practice. Management Trainees (2 Positions): Candidates appearing for/cleared Executive or Qualified modules.

What You Will Gain Exposure To Corporate Law & Compliances: In-depth handling of Companies Act, 2013, LLP, and Partnership Firm compliances. NCLT Matters: Drafting, research, and representation support for NCLT proceedings. Specialized Areas: Secretarial Audits, XBRL filings, RBI-FEMA compliances, and Trademark registrations. Legal Drafting: Corporate contracts, board resolutions, and legal notices.

Location & Compensation Location: Pune Stipend/Salary: As per industrial norms (commensurate with qualification and experience).
