Function: Offline Distribution Regional Sales Experience in the following regions: Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand Reports to: Central Programme Manager, Offline Distribution Employment: Full time, on-roll About the Role We are looking for a State Field Manager to lead and grow a team of 15–20 field Relationship Managers under the Light-Touch RM model. You will own state-level sales and AUM performance, coach RMs, drive customer acquisition, and build local presence through community activations and events. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role requiring extensive travel and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Team & Sales Leadership Manage, coach and motivate 15–20 RMs through regular reviews, 1:1s and field coaching. Identify and improve funnel gaps across meetings, pitches, referrals and AUM. Deliver state-level targets for customer acquisition, retained AUM, referrals and activations. Personally acquire and close key customers and lead from the field. On-Ground Activations Plan and execute society camps,



senior-citizen clinics, festival stalls and other community events. Build relationships with RWAs, societies, clubs and venues. Convert activations into qualified leads through timely follow-ups and referrals. Hiring & Team Development Partner with hiring/vendor teams to source and select suitable RMs. Onboard new RMs with clear territory plans, targets and operating processes. Drive team engagement, performance and retention. Quality & Reporting Ensure compliance with no-cash, no-mis-selling and data-protection standards. Conduct quality checks and maintain CRM, activity registers and kit reconciliation. Report state performance to the central team. Who We’re Looking For3–4 years of people-management experience with a track record of delivering sales targets through a team.
