About the Role nWe are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our institute. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging visual content, edit videos/reels, and manage regular social media content for our institute.
Key Responsibilities n

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives .n
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and educational content .n
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on courses, student activities, admissions, events, and institute updates.n
- Handle the regular posting and scheduling of content across social media platforms.n
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and branding across all social media channels.n
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos suitable for Instagram, YouTube Shorts,



and other platforms.n
- Create promotional creatives for new courses, offers, admissions, events, workshops, and campaigns .n
- Work with the marketing/team to plan a monthly/weekly content calendar .n
- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, editing styles, and creative trends.n
- Take basic photos/videos of institute activities and convert them into social media content when required.n

Required Skills n
- n
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or similar graphic design tools.n
- Good video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software .n
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and social media content formats .n
- Ability to create Reels and short-form videos that are engaging and trend-focused.n
- Good sense of design, typography, colors, composition, and branding .n
- Creative thinking and ability to genera
