Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate with 2–4 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements,



and customer receipts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries.
- Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record management.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare schedules for audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Support preparation of trial balance, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.

Compliance & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support income tax and statutory audits.
