We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with strong CA Firm / Statutory Audit / Company Audit experience to lead and manage audit assignments and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities 1. Audit Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage and execute statutory, company and financial audits.
- Review audit plans, audit procedures, working papers and documentation.
- Ensure audits are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Identify accounting issues, financial risks and internal control weaknesses.




- Review audit findings and provide appropriate recommendations.

2. Financial Reporting & Finalization
- Review and oversee finalization of books of accounts for various entities.
- Review financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards.
- Review ledgers, schedules, supporting documents and accounting records.
- Supervise reconciliations including GSTR, ledgers, books of accounts and accounting software .
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.

3. Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of Audit Executives/Associates.
- Allocate assignments and monitor team performance and deliverables.
- Review work prepared by team members and provide technical guidance.
- Train and mentor junior team members on audit and accounting matters.
- Ensure adherence to internal audit processes and quality standards.

4. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
