nThe Career Advisor (OPT Sales) will be responsible for guiding OPT, STEM OPT, and international graduates in building successful careers in the USA and Canada. This role involves career counseling, resume guidance, interview preparation, visa-related job search support, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.

nShift: US (7.30 PM to 4.30 AM)
nWork Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
nNumber of Positions: 70 nos.

nKey Responsibilities:
nConduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with international graduates.
nGuide candidates on job opportunities in the USA and Canada.
nEducate candidates on OPT/STEM OPT regulations, H-1B sponsorship, and visa-related job search processes.
nReview resumes and provides interview preparation support.
nPromote career services and training programs to prospective candidates.
nAchieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.




nMaintain accurate candidate records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with students and job seekers.
nStay updated on market trends, visa regulations, and industry requirements.

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
n6 months to 5 years of experience in OPT recruitment, career counseling, or sales.
nStrong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B, and related visa processes.
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
nExperience with CRM tools and lead management.
nTarget-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
