Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand We360.ai's market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions based on business needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Research & Strategy
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Identify recent market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.

Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
