Role Description The Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Payables will manage and oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function in a dynamic fashion retail workplace. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders, ensuring timely payments, and reconciling vendor accounts.



The role will involve monitoring adherence to GST and other statutory requirements, supporting monthly closing activities, and contributing to accurate financial reporting. The executive will collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and other finance team members to resolve discrepancies, optimize payment cycles, and maintain strong vendor relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice Management & Verification
• Track all incoming bills and maintain updated records daily.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before submission to Accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors for any discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Get bills audited by the concerned approver.
2. Payment Processing & Follow-ups
• Prepare and send payment advice emails as per schedule.
• Ensure timely payment processing in coordination with the accounts team
