About the RoleRedandBlue Applied Innovations Private Limited is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and versatile Finance & Business Operations Executive for our Hyderabad office.
This is not a conventional accounting position . The role combines three key areas — Finance & Accounting, Executive Assistance to the Managing Director, and Front Office & Business Operations .
We are looking for someone who is strong with numbers and accounting, but also enjoys organizing, communicating with people, working with technology and taking broader ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance, Accounting & Compliance
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using OfficeGx ERP
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Track customer collections and vendor payments
- Maintain General Ledger and supporting accounting records
- Process monthly payroll
- Handle/coordinate GST, TDS, Professional Tax, EPF and ESI compliances
- Process monthly TDS payments and quarterly TDS returns
- Coordinate GST returns and reconciliations
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and financial documentation
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports
- Keep books and supporting records audit-ready throughout the year
- Coordinate with the Company's Chartered Accountant and auditors
- Maintain statutory compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met
Executive Assistance to the Managing Director
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and appointments
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage reminders, deadlines and follow-ups
- Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation
- Maintain and follow up on action items
- Assist with correspondence and document organization
- Coordinate business travel and related arrangements
- Coordinate with employees, customers, vendors and other stakeholders when required
