Role Description:
This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline across commercial, residential, and industrial real estate segments. The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective clients,



understand their requirements, present suitable property solutions, and support negotiations to closure. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution, and preparing basic reports and updates for management. The role also includes attending client meetings, site visits, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.

Qualifications:
Ability to drive New Business Development initiatives and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
Strong Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including research and outreach across multiple channels.
