Vice President – Account Management

The Role
This is not a client servicing role. This is a growth leadership role.
You’ll lead key client relationships, drive revenue across accounts, and shape how clients see us as a strategic partner, not an agency. You should be equally comfortable advising CMOs, challenging strategy, unlocking opportunities, and building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do
Own senior client relationships and become a trusted advisor on business decisions
Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
Bring sharp, integrated thinking across creative, media, content, and tech
Play a key role in pitches with clear POVs and strong storytelling
Build and lead a high-performance account management team
Ensure delivery excellence across timelines, quality, and profitability

What You Bring




12+ years in account management within digital or integrated agencies
Experience managing large brands and revenue targets
Strong understanding of what drives real business outcomes in digital
Ability to sell, defend, and scale ideas
Equal comfort with data, strategy, and storytelling
Proven track record of building and leading teams
