About the Role
NexHouz Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, organizational, and people-management skills, with the ability to handle HR processes independently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with shortlisted candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate interview details.
Conduct interviews in coordination with respective department managers.
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including offer communication, documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
Conduct background verification and KYC checks before onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, documents, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Manage employee offboarding and exit formalities, including handover and clearance.
Conduct exit discussions and ensure proper completion of exit processes.
Coordinate with the accounts/management team on payroll-related activities and employee information.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and employee databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed effectively.
Stay updated with HR practices, recruitment trends, and AI-powered HR tools.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, coordination, and people-management skills.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding
