We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, defining requirements, improving processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives.

This role requires collaboration across business, operations, technology, compliance,



and leadership teams to drive process optimization, digital transformation, automation initiatives, and successful project delivery. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor capable of translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while ensuring measurable business value realization.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to elicit and validate business requirements
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria with end-to-end traceability
Create As-Is and To-Be process models to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate business reviews, requirement signoffs, and change impact assessments
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends
