Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Database Administrator role based in Nagpur. The Database Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining database systems that support the company’s custom digital platforms and applications.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring database performance, optimizing queries, managing backups and recovery, and ensuring data security and integrity. The role involves designing and updating database schemas, implementing replication and high-availability strategies, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. The Database Administrator will collaborate closely with developers and project teams to support application releases, refine data models, and improve overall system reliability.
