Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in the Bangalore Urban district. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop business opportunities for Baumer’s sensor and automation solutions,



working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and propose suitable products and systems. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations, supporting the sales process from opportunity to closing, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves collaborating with internal engineering and product teams, responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, contribute to local sales strategies, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
