Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Executive role based in Jhajha. The Delivery Executive will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including planning routes,



coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves tracking performance metrics, supporting the implementation of logistics processes and initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
