Overview
The Partner Solution Sales (PSS) Manager - Azure is responsible for driving Azure growth across the SMB segment by developing customer demand, enabling partner-led execution, and leveraging distributor scale. The role owns Azure business outcomes across an assigned territory by engaging directly with customers, collaborating with partners and distributors, and orchestrating Microsoft resources to accelerate cloud and AI transformation.The individual will build trusted relationships with customer decision makers, business leaders, and C-level executives while working closely with CSP partners, distributors, system integrators, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Microsoft sales teams. Success in this role requires balancing customer engagement, partner development, and sales execution to drive Azure customer acquisition, workload expansion, consumption growth, and AI adoption.

Responsibilities
Own Azure business results across an assigned portfolio of SMB customers, partners,



and distributors.Develop and execute territory and business plans that drive Azure revenue, consumption, customer acquisition, and workload expansion.Engage directly with customers to understand business priorities, technology strategies, and digital transformation objectives.Build trusted advisor relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs), IT Decision Makers (ITDMs), and C-level executives including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CFOs, and Managing Directors.Lead business value discussions, executive briefings, and strategic planning conversations focused on cloud modernization, security, data & AI, and AI transformation.Identify, qualify, and progress Azure opportunities across infrastructure, data & AI, security, analytics, and application modernization workloads.Drive customer demand generation in collaboration with partners and distributors to expand the Azure chance pipeline.Lead joint customer engagements with partners, including workshops, discovery sessions, executive mee
