Custom Portal / App Architecture: Architect, build, and deploy a custom, proprietary internal portal / App featuring real-time dashboards to monitor, track, and ensure the absolute closure of issues across three critical vectors: field service, production quality and product development. Team Building: Recruit, hire, and manage a brand-new internal software engineering team (spanning full-stack development, Dev Ops, and data pipelines), establishing code quality baselines and agile practices. Consulting & Vendor Management: Select, vet, and manage third-party software consulting companies and system integrators to scale engineering capacity and accelerate the custom portal's delivery. Solution Architecture: Act as the hands-on principal architect to ingest and aggregate data from disparate enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, and Issue Trackers like Jira/Salesforce)
