Job Description

Job Title: Sales

Location: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad and Mumbai

Department: Sales/ Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Full time employment based out of Skootr office
Generate recent business from top rated Occupiers/Developers for Design

& Build for corporate interior fit-outs/Managed Offices.

Establish, develop and maintain relationships and have effective in

person meetings with CXOs, Head of Real Estate, Head of Facilities &

Administration, Chief Financial Officer & Procurement Head. This is a

critical responsibility.

Work closely with IPCs/Brokers, develop and manage relationships to

generate leads.

Work with the team to pre-qualify the leads and move to deals.
Lead and manage the entire deal cycle – Lead generation, client meeting,





pitch Skootr’s value proposition, solutioning + proposal preparation, work

with internal stakeholders, negotiation and closure.

Lead efforts to ensure the region’s revenue targets are met.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new

accounts and retaining

existing accounts.
Attend events/conferences and be the face of the firm in the market.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

Graduation/Post Graduation + preferably with MBA.
