Job Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer (IC6) to lead the design,
architecture, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-performance backend
systems. This role requires deep expertise in system architecture, development,




and cross-functional leadership, with significant influence across multiple
teams and products.

As a Principal Engineer, you will operate at an organizational level, driving
technical strategy, solving complex problems, and enabling teams to build
scalable, reliable, and secure systems. You will partner with engineering,
product, sales, support, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and
successful execution of high-impact initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Own and drive end-to-end architecture and delivery of critical systems across
multiple teams
* Define and evolve microservices architecture, platform design, and
engineering standards across the organization
* Lead complex technical initiatives and POCs to de-risk solutions and guide
strategic decisions
* Act as a technical leader and decision-maker, driving alignment across
engineering, product, sales, support, and archite
