n We are expanding our outbound sales function and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our sales pipeline in India.

About the Role n
n As an SDR, you will own the top of the sales funnel by identifying, researching, and engaging decision-makers at target organizations and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
n Our initial Go-To-Market focus is on hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India. This is a hands-on,



builder-oriented role where you will work closely with the sales lead to execute outbound campaigns, refine messaging, and help establish a scalable SDR process.

Key Responsibilities n

- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp.n
- Research and identify target accounts based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).n
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers including operations heads, CXOs, patient experience leaders, and other business stakeholders.n
- Build and maintain prospect lists for hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India.n
- Personalize outreach based on account research, business needs, and relevant use cases.n
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined qualification criteria before handing them over to the sales team.n
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly meeting-booking targets.n
