Job Description FyneHand has been mandated to hire a Unit Head for a leading group of hospitals. The job location is Gurugram.

n Role purpose: To provide end-to-end leadership for the hospital unit , driving operational excellence, financial performance, patient experience, business growth and people leadership while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
nThe Unit Head will serve as the key link between clinical, nursing, operations, finance, HR, business development and support functions to ensure seamless, patient-centric healthcare delivery.

n Key responsibilities:

- Lead overall hospital operations and ensure seamless functioning across clinical and non-clinical departmentsn
- Drive revenue, profitability, capacity utilization and operational efficiency, with ownership of key hospital KPIsn
- Partner with senior clinicians and medical leadership to strengthen clinical productivity, specialty growth and collaborationn
- Champion patient experience, including NPS, satisfaction, complaint resolution and efficient patient journeysn




- Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards, patient safety, regulatory and quality requirementsn
- Lead and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering accountability, engagement and a high-performance culturen
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities, new services, capacity expansion and strategic initiativesn
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and eliminate operational silosn

n Ideal candidate:
n
- n
- 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior hospital leadership/operationsn
- Experience managing a large tertiary/quaternary-care multispecialty hospital, preferably 500+ bedsn
- Strong exposure to P&L; management, hospital operations and business growthn
- Proven ability to manage senior clinicians and multiple stakeholdersn
- Solid commercial orientation combined with a patient-centric approachn
- Strategic think
