n Role Description:

nThe Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will support the planning and execution of client engagements audit, and advisory services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of work.
nWe are looking for a motivated Company Secretary (or semi-qualified CS) to anchor our corporate secretarial and compliance function. The role offers exposure well beyond routine ROC filings — including fast-track mergers, voluntary liquidations, CIRP-related compliance, and cross-border structuring assignments — with direct mentorship from the partners

nResponsibilities also include coordinating with clients for data collection and clarifications, reviewing working papers and reports, and assisting in the preparation of documentation for statutory and regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising junior team members, monitoring project timelines, and contributing to process improvements and quality control. The Assistant Manager will also help in drafting client communications, supporting business development activities, and maintaining updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
