Role Description The Client Relationship Manager & Back Office Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication,



understanding client requirements, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring timely delivery of advertising and marketing services. The individual will oversee post-sale relationship management, handle queries, prepare proposals, maintain documentation, and support billing and invoicing processes. The role also includes managing back-office operations such as data entry, report generation, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and tracking project timelines and performance metrics. The person in this position will work closely with account management, creative, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
