About The Role

We are looking for Client in Lubricant Industry.

What you'll do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Generate leads and coordinate with potential customers
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and services
Maintain customer database and daily calling reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Explain company products and services effectively
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

What we're looking for

2-3 years of Telecalling or Telesales
Candidates with lubricant industry experience will be preferred
Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Good communication and convincing skills
Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to work independently.
Strong follow-up and client handling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
